the following processing task, and it can also be used for pellet making in the heap leaching for gold ore. the rotary stone washer mainly has three different structures, the first one is only with a screen

sieve, which is generally called vibrating screen, the second one is a rotary drum without the screen sieve, with rubber lining inside, which can be used for small pellet making, and the third one is combined with rotary drum and the steel rods, this structure is used for alluvial gold ore processing plant, as there usually some big stone mixed in the alluvial gold ore, the steel rods are used to protect the drum from being damaged.

The rotary drum scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilizing pebbles and rocks within the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clays, agglomerates and soft oxides. The scrubber spins slowly, similar to a giant washing machine. It churns the fines and oversize and water together, vigorously breaking up the soil matrix as well as liberating the target mineral from tough clay, schist's and rock. Disintegrated material is homogeneously slurried within the drum, whilst the autogenous load is retained within the drum by reverse flights located at the drum discharge end. Slurry and washed oversize overflows the drum discharge throat to the concentric exit trommels.

After the fine (soil) is separated, the material is moved into the screen. The rotating screen separates the oversize material from the fines (the fines are usually termed or categorized into less than 6mm). Most of the freely (gravity) recoverable gold and or other recoverable mineral is contained in the -6mm fines.
